GSS installed a heavy-duty 9mm polyurethane floor screed at The Royal London College of Arts earlier this year during their summer closure. The existing concrete subfloor had failed and was delaminating. The central drain was in poor condition and needed re-building with epoxy mortar with the floor screed layed to falls up to the drain.
