To mechanically prepare old and new substrates, apply epoxy primers and surface damp-proof epoxy membrane to new substrate and install 9mm polyurethane floor screed with 100mm high cove detail to butchery, cold rooms and freezers.

The resin floor finish was laid to falls to a newly installed drainage system in the main butchery. The 100mm high resin cove was installed to a stainless steel trim.
