The old vinyl floor covering was removed and the remaining adhesive and latex was mechanically removed.

Due to the heavy oil contamination within the substrate, Altroprime OCS was used as a primer.
This is specialist oil capping epoxy primer used for contaminated substrates.

A 3mm levelling layer of Altroflow SL was applied by pin rake and trowel.

A fine aggregate was added to a top coat to achieve a slip-resistant finish.
