Case Study for Flooring type 2
Resin Systems: EPOXY COATING.

The area had a power floated concrete finish which registered a high moisture content. An epoxy surface damp-proof membrane was applied by roller and brush and this was then over coated with two applications of Altrotect two-component epoxy high-build coatings.
Two coats of grey resin were initially applied and then coloured areas and boxes were applied onto the cured grey resin 24 hours later.
Once the different colours had cured, yellow line marking were applied to separate the various coloured areas.
Expantion joints were cut back through the cured resin and filled with a flexible polysulphide flexible filler.
